Project Superintendent January 2018-February 2020

Supervise and coordinate all trades on new home, ground-up construction, utilizing concrete auger cast piling and helical piling structural components. Coordinate trades with high end interior remodel of existing residence. Oversee completion and resolution of various ongoing projects in condominiums and remodeled luxury residences. Assist in resolving issues hampering completion of multiple projects. Oversee and coordinate corrective work with various trades (MEP) on 18,000 sq ft home in Northern Florida with extensive construction defect issues.


Project Superintendent September 2016 – December 2017

Supervised and coordinated all trades on commercial projects from ground up to C.O. Large retail chain remodeling while store is open for business. Projects as follows:

- Burger King and Mattress Firm from ground to C.O.

- Starbucks and retail store. Project assumed at footer stage to include completion to C.O. and entire parking lot paving with DOT approval.

- Target 1074 at Aventura. Complete interior store remodel, completion of new Starbucks, installation of new fire alarm system in the store.


Project Superintendent May 2012 – September 2016

Supervised and coordinated construction activities on commercial and residential projects, which included 7000 sq. ft. animal hospital, 9000 sq. ft. church, overseeing the installation of entrance security systems at the Federal Reserve Bank, and custom home remodels.


Superintendent June 2010 - November 2011

Supervised all trades and coordinated inspections with cities on two car dealership remodeling projects which involved extensive infrastructure and site drainage work, county involvement along with environmental disciplines. Parking lot paving and lighting. Remodel of buildings inclusive of structural roof replacement, lightweight concrete deck, built up roofing, complete electric, total Mechanical system replacement along with all finishes.

3000 sq. ft. dental facility in the Galleria Mall Fort Lauderdale completed in 2008, medical gas, fire sprinklers, completion of all finishes.

5000 sq. ft. custom home remodel with total rebuild, extensive structural work, 43 helical pilings and 300+’ grade beam, elevator, 7 Air Conditioning systems, custom Brazilian Hardwood impact windows and doors, all high-end finishes.
