Erection and Commissioning of FLS 2.5C- 350TPH Roller Press with up gradation of 2 cement Ball mills, Ventomatic Packers.

Reviewing the project related documents such as Engineering specifications, single line diagrams of Electrical Power Distribution System, Cable Tray Layout, Lighting & Communication Layouts, data sheets and interface execution methodologies to ensure compliance as per approved specifications.

Erection and Commissioning of PMCC, LT feeders, Panel erections, Earthing, Air Compressors, Weigh Feeders, Solid Flow meters, Solid Flow Feeders, Magnetic Separators, Metal detectors, Flow Control Gates, pneumatic control valves, Bag Filter Panels, Siemens VFD, Siemens MV Drive, UPS, Field Instruments.

Ventomatic packer erection and commissioning.

Optical Fiber cable laying and terminations,I/O testing

Executing erection and commissioning of Equipment, followed by trial runs.

Monitors and controls assigned work scope against the project plan.

2.since 15th July 2018 to till now working with JK Cements Ltd, Aligarh, Distt-Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh), As Engineer–E&I (Projects, Operation & Maintenance)

JK Cement plant is at Project stage a grinding unit FLS VRM with two Beumer packer project having capacity of 1.5 MTA.

Reviewing the project related documents such as Engineering specifications, single line diagrams of Electrical Power Distribution System, Cable Tray Layout, Lighting & Communication Layouts, data sheets and interface execution methodologies to ensure compliance as per approved specifications.

Erection of 33Kv switchyard, PMCC, IMCC, Simocode, LT feeders, Panel erections, Earthing, Air Compressors, Weigh Feeders, Flow Control Gates, Truck tipplers, Weigh Bridge, pneumatic control valves.

Man, Material management.

Able to read P&ID,BID.

Erection of PLC Panel, IMCC Panel, 20KVA, 5KVA UPS and its Battery Bank, Field Instruments, Field JB.

Control, Profibus, Optical Fiber cable laying and terminations.

I/O testing.

Material Consumption on Site.

Executing erection and commissioning of Equipment, followed by trial runs.

B)Scheduled Running/Stoppage Inspection for –

LT motor, LT feeders, Field Instruments, DCS Safety Interlocks, Compressors, Air Drier, Air Heater, Humidity Chambers, Packer, Truck Loading Machines, UPS, Motorized & Pneumatic Control Gates.

C)Operation & Regular Maintenance of-

a)LT Motors, Belt Bucket Elevator, Conveyor Belts, ID Fan, Air Root Blowers, Bag Filters, Bulk loading system, pneumatic gates, DG Set.

b)Air Driers, Packer, Truck Loading Machines, Motorized & Pneumatic Control Gates.

A) Instrumentation:

Experience in project / commissioning jobs related to Instrumentation.

Control- net I/O scheduling, Ether- net configuration, Profibus communication.

Able to read, Understand P&IDs, BID, Logic diagrams, etc.

Monitors and controls assigned work scope against the project plan.

Experience in Weigh Feeders, and other field instruments.

Experience in troubleshooting of level transmitters & switches, Pressure switches, DP switches, Pressure Gauges, RTD, Thermocouple, Solenoid Valve, Load Cell, ZSS, BSS, BSS etc.

Experience in calibration of weigh feeders, Packing Machines, Auma Actuators.

Experience in O&M & troubleshooting of Electronic controlled packing machines.

B) Electrical:

Experience in LT Motors, Feeders & its controlls,Switchyad commissioning.

Soil resistivity test conduction with government officials.

Experience in power distrubtion systems (LT PMCC, IMCC, Feeders etc)

1.Ensuring use of Personal Protective equipment’s by Workers as per job requirements

2.Preparation of Work Methodology/SOP/FLRA, PTW of each particular job before execution.

3.Discussion of Mitigation Measures required for Critical Jobs & Take part in onsite emergency mock drill.
