Good knowledge on blue print drawing to read and understand ISO metrics, P&ID

Hydro testing of pipe spools and pipe lines as per required pressure with all safety precautions hydro procedures Modules pipeing instalation as for drawings

Punchlist clearance of piping as per quality control inspector instruction, steam tracing

Fabrications and erection of pipe spool such as cutting, grinding, beveling, of pipes and joints fittings are as per procedures

Preservation of valves hub and bolts for commission

Flushing and reinstate of spools after hydro testing, Installation of Spools as per drawings and Rigging jobs. Plant Maintenance& shutdown jobs

Pipe supports fabrication and installation.
