Professional social workers are the trained social workers which are trained to help the clients or potential customers to seek the opportunity change in themselves or in their situation. We can say that it is a reputed profession. Professional social work is a practice based profession and an academic discipline which mostly work on promotion of social change and development of an individual. Behaviour: As a professional social worker we should always know more about our clients. As being a challenging task it is not easy every time but we should try to know more about him/her if anyone would going through any kind of family or social problem it will definitely cause some other problem socially or in their personal life. As from our notes we get to know that a social service worker should always make policies which would benefits their client and even their social life. Attitude : Being a social worker is not an easy task. We have to keep our calm and always make decisions accordingly to make our clients happy and satisfied. Attitude plays a important role as it helps our client to overcome their issues whether personal or social. Skills: A social worker should always be socially active. Their main motive is to motivate their client and make better plans for them so they can achieve better social status. We can use different methods to do these tasks. Behaviour: Community is a group of people brought together by physical proximity or by common identity based on same interest, experience or culture. Social roles are more about the contribution to other people as it could be small or large and it’s totally depend on the other person's thinking. Community plays an important role in society as it keeps everyone in peace and harmony.
Attitude: The well and smooth working of the community depends on social role of a worker. If a social worker is practicing on the well being of a community he/she must know the circumstances that it could also backfire as if their ideas goes against the rules of community they are working for it could easily backfire and their efforts will not be counted. Skills: A social worker should be well trained to make a community work smoothly as in many cases we have seen a harsh time for social workers one should consider this as a skill to develop. They should know how to make administration programs so that their community could work under a administration.

Behaviour: Self awareness is the main part for the social worker. It means to keep yourself in priority too, a social worker is always working for his/her client but self confidence, self control is important so that a social worker can handle both their personal and social life well and they work with the smoothness. It is important to seek self awareness in a profession which is a social worker is in as if he/she didn’t do this well their personal and professional life will be messed up. Attitude: Self awareness for a social worker is knowing his own potential and should maintain his attitude to deal with the conflicts or we can say to face the problems and issues their respective clieants are asking them to resolve. Social worker should always be ready to face the bitter attitudes of their clients as they does not know what their client has faced or is going through.
Skills: A social worker has a very tough life and he should have a skill to deal with two lives. One is professional life which is the social life where the social worker is dealing with his clients and solving their problems. Second is the personal life where he has to go through his own mental stress and issues with family, relatives or other person members. So he should have the skill to handle stress.

Behaviour; Work of a social worker is never easy. They work with good intentions and for the Benefit of their client but on some occasions they come up against legal and ethical challenges doing their work with clients. Confidentiality, professional boundaries and respecting of clients determination and protecting their rights are some of the legal issues a social worker face while practicing.
Attitude: A social worker face many ups and downs during their practice and some of them are big downs that are legal issues. While dealing with them a social worker should maintain their fa amd face them with a positive attitude. For eg. In the class we were given an example of a social worker who worked as an assaulting social worker where a client came and was willing to sucide but the worker convinced her not to do this act and in a way that client was ready to agree with the social worker.
Skills: legal issues contain dual relationship between the social worker and client, romantic involvement with the client, false representation of documents of the client, violating the act of privacy and showing up all the details, misdiagnosis all these factors affect the practice. A social worker should be skilled enough to look after these aspects and work accordingly.
Values: Social worker should only work professionallyand should take care of the client's social life. It is the main value a social worker have. Should maintain a proper professional records of the client and payments etc. If a social worker is not able to fulfill the current demands of the clieant he/she should recommend them to some other professionals so that their client can get a better service there. Behaviour: A social worker sometimes does not notice that there is need of personal safety for themselves. As in some cases the client could get triggered and can make some deadly decisions which can harm the social worker. For example if a client has a violent history and a social worker is not able to fulfill his needs and what he is asking for he would commit some severe crime which would lead the social worker in the damage. So therefore personal safety is really important for a social worker.
Attitude: A social worker should always be in a good mood and should always be ready to deal with any type of client. A client could be of any mood like angry, frustrated by his own personal matters or his social matters so there a social worker should be ready to deal with this kind of behavioural changes of their respected clients with ease. Skills: In the span of life a social worker has to master many skills. In personal safety a social worker should know that he should always know the mood and behaviour of their clients they are dealing with. Topic7. Leadership for social justice.
Behaviour: Social justice's definition cannot be separated that from the practices of educational leadership. Social leadership is considered as the influence and power both on a social platform. It depends mostly on the dealing of an individual with the society so that they could move in the society without any trouble.
Attitude: The social worker works work to provide the service to their clients. They work day and night and even go out of the boundaries of their job to help their cleaner which requires a great form of responsibility that could only be achieved when the person has zero percentage of self occupied, which means when the person is not always self oriented then only he/she can work proper for their client and for the welfare of their clients.
Skills: Social workers should master every possible skills which they would need to deal with their respective client. The main skill here is the leadership quality. It could be in their professional or in their personal life but they have to master it, because without this quality they could not lead they profession ahead and would collapse soon after and would not be able to keep their professional as well as personal life in a good position or atmosphere.
Values: A social worker should have values that would be beneficial for their client’s. For eg. They should always value the point of view of their client and should always listen to them so that social worker would able to configure that what their clients general values are and what they want

Topic8. Supervision
Behaviour: Supervision is never the easy task it is mostly of three types that are: 1. Administrative supervision which focus on the assigning, monitoring and evaluating the services. 2. Supportive supervision which focus on the sustaining the staff's moral, looking after the teamwork and other things related to the staff. 3. Educational supervision which focus on the providing of the formal and informal training or orientation to the newly joined service worker.
Attitude: A social worker could be the culprit of the wrongs done during the field job as it is their duty to look after the do's and don’t of the field work as they are the supervisor their. They have to look every detailed reason for the job done. For eg. If any other social worker have talked with a client and suggested them some kind of activities the duty of the supervisor is that to look at the suggestions and see if they will work swiftly or backfire.
Skills: A social supervisor should work proper and should take a proper supervision about the interventions they have made with the clients and supervision about the professional development. As both of them when applied together provide an opportunity to apply the theory and practical at the same time and see the result whether it is in our favour or not.
Values: To study supervision the social worker are always excited, anxious, confused, overwhelmed and enthusiast so they start learning it and try to understand this process in every detail. While after some time this process of being excited, anxious and enthusiast becomes dull and they start loosing interest which should not be like this. A social worker should learn supervision in every particular detail as this is a big factor in their future outcomes.
