EMPLOYMENT:

2/2019 – 3/2020 AFC Urgent Care – Sole provider in a private urban community

Urgent Care evaluating 2.5-4 patients/hour ranging in what would

be considered ESI levels 3-5 with an occasional 2 performing

urgent medical evaluations with limited resources/diagnostics

formulating discharge plans with appropriate therapies, simple

bedside procedures or deferring to EM services when in need of

more emergent diagnostics/medical management. Also a licensed

DOT Medical Examiner as well as school and employment

Physicals and Workman’s Compensation examinations

2002 – Present First Physicians Corporation – Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant staffing Charlton Memorial Emergency Department full time until 2/19; now working Part-Time hours. Hours have been mostly core ED evaluating ESI Level 2-5 patients as well as caring for Behavioral Health patients. In addition, take shifts in Rapid Treatment and ED mixed acuity unit.
