My experience as a civil engineer is to conduct detailed feasibility studies of the projects proposed by the owner, supervise and receive all phases of the work, study and review the initial architectural and construction designs, study the specific financial budgets of the projects and discuss them with the landlord, solve the problems or concerns that occur on the site while minimizing the impact of the work process. . To do the necessary rehabilitation of the main contractors and subcontractors, study the contract and discuss the work technically and engineering, proved successful in leading and supervising all stages of the construction projects from start to finish.

10 /2019 - present I worked at the Arabtic Jordanah Consult Company in KSA – Al Riyadh City

-Tatweer Company It owns several projects throughout the regions of the Kingdom, where I received the eastern region, the project consists of 28 children’s schools (Mubadarat project) from the management tasks the team consisting of several consulting engineers, the cost of the project in the eastern region =18,000,000SR Projects Engineer ( 6 years & 9 months (

08 /2017 -08/2019 I worked at the ( HAKA Group) RIKAZ Company in KSA – Al Khubar City

1- worked as Projects Engineer (owner representative). 2- Supervised all concrete casting works & finishing stages on site. 3- Managing project budgets and keeping costs down. 4- Quility Control and Quantity Survey works.

- Planned BNALI Project is an Infrastructure project, the Total Area of project about 116,140 m (AL-Dammam city) Total cost of Project = 10,452,687 SR.

- Building HAKA Group is a Commercial project, ( AL-khubar city, KSA), the Total Area of project about 7,200 m, Total cost of Project = 22,000,000 SR.

11/2012 – 08/2017 I worked at the ( HAKA Group) ESAR Company

- AJWAN is a Residential Commercial project, (Al-AZIZIAH AL-khubar city, KSA) the Total Area of project about 10,500 m,Total cost of construction = 10,000,000 SR.

- THE ALDOHA VILLAS, the project contains of 28 villas, The surface areas for each villa about 420 m, Total Cost of the project =30,000,000 SR (Al- Doha, AL-khubar city, KSA)

- AURIS INN Al-khubar Hotel (4*), Al-khubar city, KSA, the Total Area of project about 11,600 m Cost of the project=38,000,000 SR.

2/2011 – 10/2012 I worked at the TOUKAN contracting company. (Amman – Alabdaly beside the Ministry of Education).

- Working as site engineer in the Kings Academy expansion II project, where the work started from the start of the project to the end of receipt. - The project contains (4 building residential the total area about 6000 m, Administrative building and classrooms the total area about 4000 m, Restaurant building the total area about 5000 m (The total area of project was over 15.000 m ), the Total cost of project= 6,000,000 JD.
