Achievements:

These automated bot’s to handle 10 millions of records per month and able to save 1.9 million rupees / 84 FTE per year for the client.

Created POC to the most complex Bank Reconciliation between their bank statements, payment gateways, refund database, order database.

Developed a python script to do the BRS in Two Weeks o Total records handled – 93.6 million records in TWO WEEKS

PROJECT - II: Co-head a PRS (Profit/Revenue Recovery Service) project for a Danish engineering company based in Copenhagen, Denmark using Python: Achievements:

Developed a Python based Machine Learning Software to review 518,000 (two years) financial records and identify potential duplicates in two days, saved 502 man hours.

Confirmed and recovered duplicates for the client - 3.22 million rupees in one month exercise

PROJECT - III: Headed a RPA team to build Auto Bank Reconciliation BOT and post transactions into their INFOR LN ERP (very dynamic website) system for the leading air compressor manufacturer in India using Python:

RPA (Automation) Project:

Achievements:

Able to develop a BOT to do bank reconciliation for over 50 bank statements, 20 branches, over 70 business logic for payment transactions

Also do auto posting transactions (JV, GL, Supplier) into one of the very dynamic and difficult multi-layer ERP website.

Client saves 0.76 million rupees / 1676 man hours annually by this automation.

SOFTWARE - I: Profit/Revenue Recovery Software (Based on Machine Learning) using Python:

Developed a more user friendly desktop software using python which can go through millions of records in few hours and identify potential duplication financial transactions similar to ACL software.
