Duties and Responsibilities: (Civil Engineer and Supervisor)

Conduct a site survey and site inspection to the proposed project for implementation and parameter.

Checked and reviewed the design drawing or revised drawing if suitable in site condition, underground utility and make site survey to locate the parameter of the project.

Prepared the working permit and other attached documents to start the work but in the same time should installed the safety device in site for safe measure of accident.

Prepared the Material Take Off for materials request and equipment request ahead of time to prevent the work delay in site.

Monitoring the installation of re-bars & form works, concreting works and other item are embedded in the structure during site execution during site implementation.

Prepared the Inspection Request work done in site prior for inspection.

Liaison the consultant during site inspection and during testing in site to ensure the work that follow the required standard and specification of the project.

Monitoring of site execution activities as required resources in every area of site and to control the manpower and equipment for daily task activity.

Conduct regular inspection and assess the work performance done by sub-contractor.

Supervised the project team and sub-contractor to influence the positive action regarding the trouble shooting area to push the immediately result.

Conduct daily briefing with site team to follow-up on work progress in order to anticipate any possible delay regards the planned task.

Monitor the progress for timely execution through daily, weekly and monthly reports to review overall project variation if delay or ahead of time as planning schedule to resolve and recommended solution.

Prepared the monthly report documents for the consultant and clients meeting.

Assisting the project manager for circumstance to identify the problem area of site, share my own analysis on how to result and managing the project execution by coordinating the staff and looking required resources as project need.

Prepared the quantity materials take-off and cost estimate based on approved drawing.

Prepared the quantity survey of the project to check the BOQ if there is discrepancy of the quantity to informed the project manager to change the BOQ quantity.

Make a material request and equipment request ahead of time to avoid the delay in the site.

Make a procurement of various trade and identify the pricing for cost control until completion of project within the budget.

Daily communicating with site and sub-contractor for inspections of work progress to value the completed works.

Prepared the daily, weekly and monthly progress report of the project and confer with the planning schedule if ahead of time or delay.

Monitor the cost of site resources, monthly cost and value completed works for quarterly reports to make cash flow information.

Monitoring the approval inspection request if it is approval, not approval and NCR to inform the person in charge of the project so that it will not take problem during billing of the project.

Prepared the quarterly invoices billing by compiling all the documents like Job Completion, Job order, Technical Report, Approved IR, Approved Materials Documents and attached quantity estimate.

Attend the coordination meeting to develop strong relation with the clients.

Checked and reviewed the design drawings prior for approval from the consultant.

Closely monitoring for each stage of entire construction process to ensure with compliances of work specification and maintain the standard documentation for construction works, quality control and assurance of the project.

Ensuring the quality submittals for materials approval and technical submittals as per project specification.

Prepared the materials profile for approval including the supplier and certificates if in accordance with the project specification and ASTM standard.

Prepared the Inspection Request work done in site prior for inspection and ready the documents for materials approval for consultant so that will submit it one at the time.

Conduct also in site a field density test for soil, slump test, concrete temperature and compression test for concrete 7 and 28 days, tensile test for steel, water pressure test and other testing needed.

Coordinate the QC manager and Project Manager of immediate report for non-conformance of quality norms against the project specification.

Make a punch list report for any rectification for the project turnover.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a pressure environment.

Good oral and written communication skills that able to communicate well.

Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Having a good experience in technical skills of engineering detail drawings, documents review, quality control and method of statements.
