Involved in project management comprising of periodical review of contractors programme with agreed clause 14 programme.

Ensuring all packages are awarded on time in line with project programme.

Involved in coordination with authorities for MEP services approval.

Peer review of MEP design drawings and co-ordination of MEP design to ensure design complies to client requirement / MEP concept report / local authority regulations.

Reviewing contract drawings, specification, addendums, authority approvals and to raise design query if any after the award of contract.

Evaluating material submittals, reviewing shop drawings and approving it for construction after ensuring compliance with specification / site conditions & Replying to RFI raised by MEP contractor.

Co-coordinating with I.D consultants, kitchen, swimming pool consultants to ensure their MEP service requirements are met.
