MY ROLES:

Managing various aspects of document control including document archiving and document imaging. Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily.

Scanning all relevant new documents.

Checking dispatch documents are accurate.

Presentation and filing of documents and drawings.

Responsible for maintaining hard copy information.

Issuing and distributing controlled copies of information.

Provide advice on procedures of issue and methods in accessing the system.

Prepare correspondences to the Consultants, contractors and suppliers whenever instructed by the Project Manager. Submission of all submittals like shop drawing, material submission, Inspection and Information requests to Consultants and distribution of the same to the sub-contractors after replied by the Consultants. Verification of Invoices from the sub-contractors and suppliers. Making of confidential agreements and order confirmations for the sub-contractors and suppliers. Preparation of staff time sheet and arrangement of transportation. Perform general clerical duties which includes scanning, mailing, photocopy, etc. Assist the Project Manager whenever required and support staff in project based work.
