Member of a 150 member team charged with the design and implementation of the new Health Services Enrolment COTS application for the Province of BC, a business transformation project.
Created business requirements for both the Medigent Project and the Enrolment Automation projects (3), creating Functional Design Documents with specific reference to the interoperability of the various interfaces (127 in total)
Main focus was the business process analysis and re-engineering of existing batch processes, interfaces and GUI
Created common modules for reusability for the various interface and batch jobs to avoid redundancy
Created and maintained the projects’ Logical Data Models

7.Lead Senior Business Analyst – BC Registry Services – March 2007 to March 2008
Created the Business requirements for Corporate On Line system modernization project, redesigned the Names application used in all the existing systems 16 systems) to eliminate redundant data capture
Lead BA for the test strategy and test plan for UAT for the modernization project.
Completed the analysis phase of the TILMA project (Trade agreement between Canadian provinces) for a period of one year, designed to reduce redundancy of systems between the Canadian provinces in the area of business and trade.
Designed the application to allow for the authentication of the interested parties to conduct their business on-line, across jurisdictional boundaries, in adherence to the stated objectives as defined by both OCIO and BC registries.
Lean improvements to existing operational processes (NAMES was manual, paper-based) was the mandated objective of the project.
Deliverables included RFP documentation, Business Requirements documentation including process diagrams, Use Cases, and architecture diagrams, as well as JAD session preparation and notes, and the Technical System design documentation.
