Description : Website allows the vendors to upload their food products. These products from various vendors can be ordered by users from all US locations and payment is done though stripe gateway. Team Size & Role : 30 & NGSD PM Lead / Scrum Master (Multiple Teams) Description : Next Generation Service Desk system is an upgrade of Andes program, is getting in shape for monitoring the faults in the system. SMARTS interface will capture the alerts and the ticket is auto-generated in NGSD. Manual ticket creation is also allowed in the system. Once the ticket is generated, it is assigned to group and work till the closure of ticket. The central repository (BFG) will be holding the information about customers, contracts, inventory, SLA etc. NGSD system is used to find out the root cause of repetitive faults. Contribution

Development: Requirement capture, Documenting functional and non-functional requirements, Design Process Diagram, Activity Diagram, Use Cases, end-to-end data flow and also preparing the screen mock-ups and design, data modeling (UML, Use Cases, Activity diagrams) Lead for NGSD PM.

Description : Andes Expedio fault management system is developed for monitoring the faults in the system. OMNIBUS which is a detecting tool that keeps on monitoring the entire system, during any failure sends an alert to NETCOOL interface and the ticket is autogenerated in Expedio IM. Manual ticket creation is also allowed in the system. Once the ticket is generated, it is assigned to group and work till the closure of ticket. Title : AT&T One Ticketing System

Team Size & Role : 35 & Remedy Designer / Developer Description : AOTS is an initiative based on the concept of one. The Trouble Management component of AOTS is single point for all AT&T services, customer facing & network facing organization, as well as AT&T external customers. This project is expanded to use maximum functionality of remedy. The project deals with various parts of AOTS basic architecture including plugin and other interfaces like BMP, RUBY & DBOR. DBOR is an asset database for AT&T. SO in this project we are enhancing diagnose request to RUBY for different Functional Area.

Contribution
