Mechanical Design Engineer with 15+ years of manufacturing and mechanical design experience. My expertise is using CAD software to design industrial equipment for manufacturing. I have done hundreds of design projects for different manufacturing production lines. I have designed many fixtures, tools, mechanisms, and machines to help improve ergonomics, safety, quality, and process throughput. I have experience programming and controlling industrial PLC’s, sensors, motors, actuators, etc. I am highly skilled in 3D modeling as well as 2D drafting to design and document industrial components and complete machines. I also have experience managing CAD systems and programming document control systems such as Windchill/PTC. I am looking for a position as an Automation Engineer / Senior Mechanical Designer.
