- acute sport injuries like muscle tears, tendon ruptures, joint dislocations and bone pathologies.

- evaluation of back, shoulders, knees, hips and ankles pain and any other musculoskeletal injuries.

- physical assessment, evaluation and diagnostic ultrasound for sports related injuries.

- Family medicine situations such as blood tests, medication prescriptions, health check-ups.

2014 – 2019: Italian health service (ASL Pescara and ASL Chieti) Emergency medical service in rural and mountainous areas. In these areas I had to manage:

-critical situations (e.g. pulmonary edema, hypertensive crisis, bladder globe, etc.) in cronic patients with pluripathologies;

-acute situations such as pneumonia, URI, bronchitis, UTI, anaphylactoid reactions, etc, in elderly, adults and children;

-procedures: dressing of wounds; bladder catheterization; closure of wounds via sutures and staples; intramuscular, subcutaneous and intravenous injections. I worked as family doctor in different fast-paced cities where I experienced the management of chronic medical illness such as, but not limited to, diabetes mellitus, COPD, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, heart failure, obesity, thyroid disease, chronic pain syndrome.

I supervised nurses of home caring, treating chronic wounds in enticed patients and I operated on my own in case of very difficult ulcers. In SS. Annunziata hospital and Health Districts I attended the surgery department where we used to treat skin disease (nevi, keratosis, lipomas, sebaceous cysts, etc), endocrine surgery (especially thyroid), dressing of post-surgery wounds. I put a lot of interest and passion in studying and practicing advanced wound management both at home and in clinic.

I also attended the internal medicine and pulmonology department where I used to make and interpret:

- spirometry tests;

- arterial blood gas tests;

- ultrasound exams.

In the cardiology department I managed hypertension therapy and made and interpreted static and dynamic electrocardiograms.

In 2016 I have been director of a course for ambulance rescuer. Education
