Lead a team of Site operatives and providing technical support & ensuring high standards. of installation and workmanship.
Calling for tender, nominating sub contractors and labor supply for the project.
Designing and drafting of Irrigation, Plumbing such as Drainage, Water supply & Fire Fighting.
Preparation & Reviewing of material submittals, procurement in addition to purchase of materials.
Preparation & Reviewing of Coordination of drawings with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, FAHU, AHU, Chillers, Fans, Pump Rooms, Fire Fighting, Clean Agents, Deluge System, Water Certain/Spray, Pre action, Fire Alarm, Central Battery, Sound evacuation, Electrical, LV, HV, Generator, Transformer, Service Room, Telephone, ONU, Smart Home, Drainage, Water, Irrigation, Drip, Sprinkler, Gas, LPG, NG, SNG, BMS, Utility Reading, Lifts, Automatic Door, & others Services.
Having regular meeting with Client and Contractors for smooth running of the Project.
Applying and getting approvals of NOC required, from various authorities.
Testing and commissioning of MEP Works.
Participate in out of hours work if required.
