VA Medical Center Ann Arbor MI (6/23/2019-Present): Quality Management Coordinator (20 hrs. per week). Involved in Readiness Rounds, EPRP Global Measures/DACS report audit, Quality Improvement Projects. Revised QI application guidelines, QM orientation. Helps with anything as directed.

University of Michigan Hospital 7/1/2008-5/30/2009): Interim Clinical Nurse Supervisor on Inpatient Medical/Surgical unit (40 hrs. per week plus 625 hrs. extra in 9 months over and above the call of duty); Responsible for: hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, problem solving and discipline. Was really looking forward to improving further and hardwiring to retain it but had to step back to concentrate on care of elderly parent (mother-in-law).

University of Michigan Hospital (3/1/2002-1/30/2003): Clinical Nurse II on Med/Surgical unit 8C (40 hrs. per week). Specialized in nursing care to plastic surgery patients with main focus on flap care. Helped CNS to standardize the monitoring and documentation of flaps in Plastic Surgery patients. I was assigned and was successful to improve working relationship between Plastic Surgery Service and inpatient unit nursing staff.
