Over 20 years of extensive practice and successful record in Planning, Project Management, Control

& Reporting, and Construction of large scale Civil and Structural Engineering projects. Focusing on Project Management Consultancy, Execution, Assessment, Feasibility, Analysis and Design, Scheduling & Delivery, Contract Documentation, and Construction Supervision of Metro Projects, Vertical Structures, Bridges, and other Infrastructure and Highway Structures. Throughout my Professional Career, I have Project Managed large groups of Engineer and Technical Support Staff in different Engineering Disciplines and Roles. I have overseen various projects to ensure successful completions, in addition to, providing Assessments & Evaluations in order to achieve set Goals & Objectives.

Project Management of Development Life Cycle - Infrastructure & Building; Performing Technical Reviews and Evaluations, Verification and Integration of the KAAR Project Master Plan, Quality Completion of Design & Build Contract, according to Design Standard and Project Specifications, Verification Check -Functional Testing of Material within the Guideline Requirement for the Project. Management of Design Project Progress submittal & approval to ensure completion in accordance with the established Design Document list (DDL) program & quality standards. Monitor and Control the Contractor Performance pertaining to Schedule and Deliverables. Project Management of Reviewing & Coordination;

Responsible for the daily routinely Reports to the executives, managers, and professionals to ensure High-Quality Services delivered throughout the Project, achieve all the project goals within the given constraints. Establishes and maintains a close working relationship with project design, engineering consultant, client representatives, and the contractors. Reviewing and coordination of plans, specifications and estimates.

Preparation of CPM network diagrams for all residential buildings and their external works.

Excellent command of Project Planning software Primavera Project Manager - P6 Release 17, Logic diagram presentation, Progress tracking and updating of project schedules. Resources and cost estimation with Tabular & Graphical Representation.

Coordination with the subcontractors and site for all matters related to the planning department.

Preparation of the cost control reports [Cost Management - PRISM G Release 3.1]; Monitoring and reporting to the upper management regarding: Cost Variance Reports, Budget Histogram and S- Curve, Contractor Reporting, Earned Value Report, Portfolio Dashboards.
