As a Lead in the Assembly and Finishing Department I was responsible for manning the different machine stations depending on product demand, giving breaks to personnel as needed, and helping direct quality issues that arose to the proper quality manager.

Line Loader (SMX Staffing)

As a Line Loader with Smx Staffing at Federal Mogul I was responsible for loading bare pistons onto a conveyor belt to feed into different machines that applied skirt coating onto the pistons. I also helped when needed on the assembly machines and different areas of the department.
