Managing a $5M project for the design and installation of a natural gas separation membrane casting and drying machine. New equipment increased manufacturing production capacity by 50%, and with the advantage of processing new developed products.

Project Manager for re-engineering and automating a manufacturing QC gas tester, increasing productivity 80% and eliminating operator error.

Managed a comprehensive reengineering and work redesign of process controls of obsolete membrane coater including QC analytical instruments.
