ESTANCIA (MULTI STORIED - RESIDENTIAL PROJECT) AT GUDVANCHERY FOR ARUN EXCELLO GROUP:
Promoting a Residential township ''ESTANCIA'' comprising of Residential Towers, club house, multi level car park & school @ Guduvancheri, Chennai.
Residential zone consists about 78 acres with a built-up area of 4.38 million Sq.ft segregated in 3 different phases.
Each tower consists of basement + G.F+16 floors with 8 flats in each floor, total number of flat per tower is 131 Nos.
Highlight of the tower (First of its kind in Tamil Nadu) is the use of Aluminum form work system for wall & slab thereby minimizing the use of Block masonry and avoiding plastering (walls are of RCC, even though initial cost was high on use of RCC, the time for completion was minimized as Block masonry was avoided with plastering which would have required Scaffolding for entire height of structure and the number of repetitions of formwork close to 140 times).The drawback of this formwork is similarity in structure & in Elevations.
