● Planning and Scheduling of Pre Commissioning and Commissioning & Maintenance activities.

● Preparation of Maintenance spares for the Transformer,DG set,UPS,HVAC,Battery charger,PCC,MCC,PMCC,Motors,LDBs,PDBs,ELDBs etc..,

Company: Nagarjuna Oil Corporation Limited (NOCL), Tamilnadu Project : Nagarjuna Oil Corporation (NOCL) is setting up a Petroleum Refinery at Cuddalore, Tamilnadu. A whooping investment of around $4.5 US Billion by a private sector in the south zone of India for constructing a refinery which has crude refining capacity of around 6MMTPA(Million metric tons per annum).

● Maintained & ensure trouble free operation of 22KV Construction power system and its Connected Loads.

● Maintenance schedule Preparation and Execution for the Transformers,PCC s,MCCs.DG set,UPS,Split Air Conditioners,PDBs,LDBs,Earth Pits,Highmast Lightings.

● Preparation of Maintenance DPR,WPR and MPR Pertinent to electrical Discipline.

● Preparation and allotment of Day to Day Maintenance activities in Construction power system.

● Follow up with concerned AMC agencies for the Completion of Work in the Optimum period for UPS, DG Set, Split Air Conditioners.

● Regular patrolling & Maintenance of 22KV Overhead Transmission line.

● To co ordinate with Electrical Inspector from the Chief Electrical Inspector to government of Tamilnadu for the Rule 46 Inspections.

● To Co ordinate with Electrical Inspector for approval of the Contractors DG Set at Site used by Construction Contractors.

● Maintaining all Records of Issued WO/PO.

● HT and LT Motor sending for refurbishment & preparing Checking list before and after refurbishment in addition with witness test.

● Co ordination with PESO to obtain Approval of Hazardous Area Classified HV/LV Motors

(Refurbished).
