• Responsible for Project Design, Estimation and Execution and obtaining design approvals of the Projects through various technical meetings with Clients and Project Consultants.

• Coordinating with CAD draftsman for preparation of detailed HVAC Shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and IFC Drawings.

• Carrying out detailed HAP heat load Calculations, ESP Calculations, Pump Head Calculations, and Ducting & Piping Design.

• Preparation of Equipment material submittals in line with Project specifications and coordination with Consultants for the necessary approvals.

• Forecasting and sequencing Project activities with respect to material requirements, Manpower requirements, Cost Implications and progress of projects.

• Deft in developing project baselines while monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactorily execution of projects.

• Active involvement in Testing and Commissioning activities of Projects and attending Project site Technical meetings.

• Preparation of as Built Drawings, handing over documents, Testing & Commissioning reports.

• Monitoring the progress of projects to be in line with Projects Estimation and raising a notification for any project deviation from specifications and to prepare variations accordingly.

• Managing VRF System design and preparing the selections & piping designs of ongoing projects.

• Site co-ordination with other MEP Services -Plumbing, Fire Fighting, & Electrical.

• Preparing the detailed as built drawings of the installation actually carried out at site along with the preparation of O & M manuals for all the equipment’s used in the Project.
