Service of Generator after 300 running hours

Change oil & oil filter of generator

Check coolant level of generator weekly

Commissioning of generator

Maintain stock of spare parts and keep it update after every dispatch and receiving of goods.

Prepare and issue Performa Invoice and commercial Invoice in order to send to the customer.

Issue order confirmation to supplier for new spare parts

Installation of GAMA spray foaming machine.

Installation of OMS injection foaming machine.

Check emails and reply to customers, suppliers and forwarders for their queries.

Call to customers and send introduction emails and brief them of our services.

Prepare airway bill and arrange shipment to send or receive spare parts/documents through TNT/Aramex.

Arrange the delivery of machines to customers from warehouse.

Prepare and pack spare parts for customers.

Responsible for doing all faxes, printing and scanning.

Maintain the inventory record of machines in ware house.

Visit to the customers to repair foaming machines.

Contact and follow up to the supplier for order confirmation.

Send details of order confirmation to the courier company to contact with supplier.

Maintain files of customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, banks and other companies.

Fulfill the requirement of printer cartridge.

Collection of cheques from customers.

Meet with customers/suppliers about selling and purchasing of our products.
