PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

UPI is a project of national payment corporation of India, which developed for the purpose of instant fund transfer between bank accounts using mobile handset.Major clients are Union Bank of India, United Bank of India, IDFC Bank, Vijaya Bank

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring all kinds of transactions, and ensuring there is no complications made for payment process.

If production issues (Login issues, Application bugs,connectivity problem) observed while monitoring necessary actions are taken to bring back normal condition.

Strong Unix/Oracle skills and very quick learner.

Analyzing the logs to identify the status of the transaction, to find the exact scenario of declined transactions, and leg where it has declined.

Worked on change management, release management and capacity management.

Provide support for application build and releases.
