Plant Operations:

Coordinating plant operations for the set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.

Product quality, grinding generation, space utilization, final product dispatch & store etc issue properly handle.

Develop mould with good cooling system,proper maintains of machines & small instrument as per standard.

Handling & maintain all machine like cooling tower, compressor, chiller, blow & inj machine moulds, tool room machine

,pipe line and other all machine.

Given Technical support to production, Maintenance person for blow moulding from 1 Lit to 50 Lit & 40 T to 450 T injection moulding machine.

Balancing supply and demand factors; achieving optimum product availability, asset utilization.

New Product Develop & Introduction:

Supporting product development by conducting capacity analysis, assisting in finalizing specifications.

Initiating activities for bringing in cost reductions in the process; setting up the manufacturing facilities / machining lines for production along with establishing procedure.

Develop New product design of containers,cap, plug,wad etc. as per customer requirement, with mould, 4 color printing or sticker with prototype.

Many blow mould develop in house, from 1 til to 35 lit. also develop small cap 4 cavity moulds.

Many development made in blow moulding machine like toggle locking etc. Also develop modification in new customized machine taken from supplier.

Project Development & Management

Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over- runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.

Formulating operating budgets and managing overall operations for executing plastic moulding projects within cost & time norms.

Organizing project review meetings for evaluating project progress.

Develop New Plant of Blow & Injection Moulding (20ml to 50 Ltr. Bottle & Cap Manufacturing Project at Vapi & Jammu & Sangli including start to end work like market serve, liaising work, detail project report, govt subsidy, Power sanction with load calculation, Bank loan under CGTMIC scheme, machine selection, mould selection,cooing tower, compressor, chillier selection import purchase under EPCG scheme, in built building plan, pipe line drawing cooling tower & chillers, machine commissioning work, ). Vendor Development:

Identifying & developing quality vendor/supplier base for cost effective procurement of materials, spares and consumables; routine & project basis.

Widening of the vendor base to cater to the enhanced target.

Maximizing the credit facilities offered by widened vendor base, development of indigenous sources wherever possible with an objective to reduce cost and cycle time of procurement. PROFESSIONAL EXPOSURE

Project handled: Executed Plastic Bottle Plant Project Cost involved 5 Cr. Similar project started in Jammu Samba. Vapi Gujrat & Now In Sangli Maharashtra.

Key deliverables:

All plant handling with technical, Quality of product, Product planning machine wise, other all factory issue solving capacity.

Co-coordinating Purchase related activities with respect to purchase requisition from the factory and with the vendors for timely delivery of the material.

Conducting Vendor Development Programmes for effective cost reduction and quality enhancement of the material.

Interacting with the accounts & Marketing department for timely and effective payments of the vendors & Customers .

Developing new vendors as the part of quality and low cost Research and calculating credit period.

Develop Marketing strategy with system documents for factory & Ho. Quality inspection documents also develop other dept system successfully develop & implement.

Negotiating with suppliers / working in a complete cycle from negotiation to final in-house material and preparing documents related to import.

Handling CIF/FOB, stuffing and coordinating with clearing agents, documenting non hazardous material export. Notable Highlights:

Developed new 8 nos. product of Knapsack Sprayer with almost 180 spare parts, handled costing, blow, injection, mould development, material selection (Plastic Raw Material) and in-house & market testing.

Reduced manufacturing cost of Unispray US-16 by 500 Rs. /sprayer through improved in-house manufacturing processes, which resulted in increased sales by 11000 nos within month. Also acquired ISI(BIS) approval for the product.

Visited countries like Nigeria, Zambia, Uganda and Ethiopia for marketing, sales & after sales service issue with new product development.

Significant contribution in Marketing,purchase activities, sales & after sales and developing distributor network in India for Sprayers.
