Responsibilities
Working at Dollar General requires being cross-trained in numerous areas. In the Receiving department I
unload, count, label, package, and receive the merchandise in utilizing a RF gun. Also, in the Receiving department I have a Clerical position. Working in the office my duties are answering the phone, invoicing, checking in the drivers, stamping the BOLs, and building packets. Lastly, Shipping in this department I utilize a forklift loading our merchandise to be shipped off and delivered in a timely manner.
