ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

To conductsafety induction programmes for the new recruits including workers, supervisors, engineers & visitors.

To conduct daily tool box talk at site for the site personnel.

Imparting indoor as well as outdoor training covering the Health Safety and Environment issues related to site works.

Providing details and coordinating with planning team for the preparation of site safety budget.

Performing Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment by using technique like safety audits, JSA, Safety Inspection.

To ensure safety compliance with established safety policies, safe procedures & practices.

To investigate near miss incidents, accidents, injuries, to determine the root cause &to take corrective and preventive action accordingly.

Preparation of activity based HIRAC, JHA, Environmental Aspect impact and Site Safety plan and revising the existing ones.

To prepare daily, monthly and quarterly inspection OH&S reports.

Daily site inspection to observe and aiding in compliance of unsafe conditions and unsafe acts prevailing atsite.

Organising and conducting monthly site safety committee meeting and conducting Emergency mock drills, rescue operations, fire drills.

Conducting safety awareness campaigns, motivationalprogrammes to maintain safety culture.

Inspections of Tools & Tackles and maintain the colour coding system.

Prepare Lifting plans and executethe heavy mechanical structures erection work safely with the help of execution team. (Reactor Dome, Mono Rails, Crane Girder etc)

Inspections of Scaffolding, Electrical Equipments, machineries, fire extinguishers & maintain the green tag system at site.

Interaction with client regarding customer complaints and their rectification & implementation.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:-

Post-Graduation program in Health Safety Environment Management (PGP-HSEM) from National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR, Hyderabad) in 2019 with a CPI of 9.46.

Post-Graduation Diploma in Health Safety Environment (PGDHSE) from National Institute of Fire Engineering and Safety Management Mumbai Thane (NIFS) in 2018 with 78 %.

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering (M.E.) from Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh in 2016 with 70.8%

H.S.C from Uttar Pradesh State Board in 2011 with 60.8%
