As a Department Supervisor as was responsible for delivering great customer

Service, delegating daily tasks to my Associates.

I was responsible for many monthly performance reviews for all

my associates and Being part of the hiring process for me

department. Increased department's performance which motivated staff and

resulted in a 23% increase in sales. I increased employee training which led to

increase in customer satisfaction by over 12%.

2017 – 2018

COMPUTER ORDERS, Dicks Sporting

As a “Ship from Store” employee I was responsible for taking online orders from customers. The employee would go to the sales floor and collect the costumers order.

2016 – 2017

ASSETS PROTECTION, Walmart

During the time at Walmart I was a security employee. The job entitled looking at cameras for shop lifters and detaining or holding said shop lifters for law enforcement.

2017 – 2018

SECURITY OFFICER, allied universal

As a security officer for the “Belmar Shopping District” I was responsible for many things. Such monitoring CCTV cameras for any criminal activity. I would Patrol the district on foot or in a vehicle. I Would wear a radio for any incoming call from my dispatcher or from Lakewood PD those calls pertained to Vehicle break in’s, domestic violence, medical emergencies, vehicle accidents. Anything that a resident or tenant store would call about., we were also trained and responsible for the “Fire Management System”. It pertained to anything with fire alarms going to and from fire panels and taking the sprinkler system offline with security central.

AS an add on from the 2017 – 2018 security officer position at Allied Universal. There was a company change to professional security consultants at the Belmar Shopping District.
