Architected and created the online survey tool for surgery patients.

Created a complete Administrative site for the admins to create or enhance current surveys, view patient results and comparing results in Dev Express charts.

ASP.NET/MVC Web as the front end with .NET REST Web API application server for data and business logic.

Jquery, KendoUI, DevExpress, DataTables, CSS, HTML and Javascript front end development.
