Engineering, development and testing of mud pump expendables, mud valves, and other drilling- related equipment.

Responsible for design and engineering support of Caliber Centrifugal Mud Pump.

Designed a novel concept for a 15k Plug Valve for use in mud line applications.

Designed triplex and quintuplex Mud Pump Fluid Ends to be used with Premium Sur-Lock Hammerless Valve Covers.

Designed Sur-Lock 3” Hammerless Union.

Designed 2” metal-to-metal sealing Gate Valve for use in mud line applications.

Responsible Engineer for Current Product Maintenance and Support on all Large IC, Medium IC, Small IC and 3-Wheel Electric lift trucks.

Engineering Project Lead on update of 10-16T Lift Truck to meet current EPA Tier 4 Emission Standards. Provided engineering support for 4 pre-production builds.

Engineering Project Lead to change supplier for seats on all Sit-Down Counterbalance lift trucks.

Developed and tested inflatable casing packers for downhole service.

Began development of 9-5/8” cementing stage tool/inflatable packer combo tool.

Technical lead for several design projects involving cased-hole production packers. Designs included standard/NACE service, HPHT (High Pressure/High Temperature), removable and permanent packers.

Developed test plans to qualify packers to API 11D1/ISO 14310 standards.

Managed packer development projects in excess of $500,000.

Procured, assembled, and tested all packer projects under my responsibility; all testing performed at Baker Hughes’ HPHT testing facility in Houston, TX.

Permanent Packer Team Lead for E2E/Configure-to-Order Initiative, consolidating similar packer models to be sourced quickly from pre-configured off-the-shelf subassemblies.

Served as Packers/Sand Control Group Safety Champion, liaison for HSE-related business between engineers and Corporate HSE.

Served as CTI facility tour guide for both Baker Hughes and customer visitors.
