I'm Civil Project Manager and Masters Degree in Project Management with +23 years of experience including a proven history of managing the delivery of large building project. My projects have included hospitals and healthcare facilities, schools, universities, high rise & residential buildings, hotels, hydroelectric power and infrastructure with International Engineering Consultancies and Project Management companies in Jordan and Saudi Arabia. PROJECT MANAGER NOV. 2017 TO OCT. 2019 JORDAN SADEEN CONTRACTING CO. The expansion & Renovation of Prince of Rahma Hospital - Irbid- Jordan. The project including renovate and rehabilitate the old existing building in addiction to build partial story on one existing wing of the hospital. The existing building which need to rehabilitate of three floors with an approximate area of 4,700 m2. The work include Demolition, Architectural, Cladding, Insulation, Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Structural, Medical Insulation, site works and different works in accordance with the detailed contractual documents.

PROJECT MANAGER NOV. 2012 TO NOV. 2017 HILL INTERNATIONAL Jizan Specialist Hospital 500-Beds, Southern Region, KSA, The project of $250-Milliom is built-up area is 147,512m2 The total capacity of the hospital is 500 beds and it was designed taking into account the patient's privacy, Where the private rooms reached nearly half of this number, also contains a 15-room with high Surgical equipment according to international standards and it has been all equipped with the digital systems (Digitalis), 10 rooms of them are allocated for scheduled operations and 4 rooms for One-day surgery and room for small operations in emergency departments. The emergency department consists of 59 beds. There is also a Dialysis center that belongs to the hospital for kidney patients consists of 52 beds. SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER AUG. 2008 TO NOV. 2012 SAUDI OGER COMPANY National Economy Complex Project, Riyadh, KSA, The High Rise Tower Building of $300-million involved civil and electromechanical works Tower Building, Minister Building, Office Building, in addition to ancillary buildings and all underground services and infrastructures for electromechanical works. SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER JULY 2005 TO JULY 2008 AL MASHRIK CONTRACTING CO. Civil Defense Headquarters (CDHQ), Riyadh, KSA, The $25-million project involved civil and electromechanical work for a 5-storey building, The project also contained ancillary buildings such as water tank and pump room, security and ancillary building; office and gymnasium building; general storage building; substation building and guard rooms, all underground services and infrastructures for electromechanical works. CONTRACTS ENGINEER AUG. 2003 TO JULY 2005 CONSOLIDATE CONSULTANT Al Wehdah Dam Project, Irbid, Jordan, Al Wehdah Dam project is a $180-million hydroelectric power project located on Yarmouk River. The reservoir area covers 4 square kilometers. The project included a roller compacted concrete (RCC) dam with 200 million cubic meter storage capacity, overflow stepped spillway, outlet, electromechanical equipment, substation and an 800-meter long horseshoe-shaped tunnel. The Hashemite University, Al Zarqa, Jordan, The University project contained total built-up area of 160,000 SM, The University accommodates a lecture halls compound for the Faculty of Arts & Sciences, including the Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Geology, Business Administration; Engineering; admission and registration building; sports facilities; The project also included asphalt roads, parking underground water reservoirs with a total capacity of 2,000 cm, five electrical substations, firefighting systems and irrigation systems.

SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER OCT. 2001 TO AUG. 2003 MID CONTRACTING COMPANY Le Meridian Hotel Project, Amman, Jordan, The High Rise of $55-million hotel extension project involved the 12-floor hotel and has a total build-up area of 30,000 SM. The project included a 3-level parking garage, suspended swimming pool; 120 guest rooms; 25 suites; 132 rooms; structural steel ballroom; restaurants; fully- equipped health and fitness center; meeting and services rooms; structural steel main lobby consisting of lobby pastry shop, Meridian Boutique, microbrewery, business center, cigar lounge and reception desk. Prince Rashed and Price Ali Hospital, Jordan, The US$5 million for infrastructure Project, located on Al Karak and Irbid, Jordan, funded by the Government of Jordan, under modified FIDIC forms of contract. The project included the rehabilitation of civil and electro-mechanical works.
