Chat bots in health care may have the potential to provide patients with access to immediate medical information. Health care chat bots could help patients better manage their own health, improve access and timeliness to care. We require: Use of Al based Chat bots for providing health related information.

Abstract:

Future advances of data mining and the pervasiveness of cloud computing, online medical diagnosis service has been extensively applied in e-healthcare field, and brought great conveniences to people’s life. However, due to the insufficient data sharing among huge amount of population between less healthcare centers under the security and privacy concerns of medical information, the flourish of online medical diagnosis service still faces many severe challenges including diagnostic accuracy issues. In this paper, it addresses the issues from generic medical field. By the latest survey in medical field this project has a solution by developing the real-time application, by the application of medical chatbot for solve the problem among modern life. A medical chatbot is a piece of software conduct conversation via auditory or textual methods. It is a sophisticated Natural Language Processing system, but many simpler ones scan for keywords within the input, then pull a reply with the most matching keywords, or the most similar wording pattern, from a database.

Technological Innovation:

A Chatbot is an app that users interact with in a conversational way, Using text, graphics (such as cards or images), or speech. Every interaction between the user and the bot generates an activity. The Bot Framework Service, which is a component of the Azure Bot Service, sends information between the user's bot-connected app (such as Facebook, Skype, Slack, etc. which we call the channel) and the bot. Each channel may include additional information in the activities they send. Before creating bots, it is important to understand how a bot uses activity objects to communicate with its users. Let's first take a look at activities that are exchanged when we run a simple echo bot.

Conclusion:

In spite of this project concluded by solution for the problem statement given by the health industry. From this chatbots in health care may have the potential to provide patients with access to immediate medical information. Health care chat bots could help patients better manage their own health, improve access and timeliness to care.
