My experience, particularly in the field of HSE Engineer, HSE Specialist, and HSE Manager and Safety/Pollution control officer has given me excellent organization skills including the ability to plan and routinely report the status of the company HSE and set up HSE management system as best practices in construction. And has the ability to accept an assignment and can independently handle the duties with less supervision. Resident EHS Specialist September 2016 to present
NAM THEUN 1 HYDRO POWER PROJECT and presently working under Poyry Energy LTD, representing the as Owner’s Engineer.
-Overall understanding of the total project with particular emphasis on main construction activities and the associated risks for health and safety.
-Specific supervision on health and safety issues for surface and underground civil works, electro mechanical works and the of overhead transmission lines.
-Initiate in frequently safety patrols and prepare workplace inspection report.
