Part of the team that worked on the Canaan-city Estate project; a 60 Billion Naira Plus project designed to contain 600 blocks (over 15,000 units of flat) of various prototypes (single and multi-stories) and state of the art facilities (Banks, Schools, Shopping complex, Hotels, Hospitals, Sports Facilities amongst others).

Handled all design-related activities, project supervision, procurement, inventory, implementation, and commissioning.

Designed and calculated water supply and distribution, HVAC design - load calculation and pipe sizing for split units.

Oversaw and managed negotiations and payment of contractors.

Ensured contractors were educated about safety briefings and ensured full compliance to mitigate work hazards.

Achievements

Saved 9 million naira on both material purchase and labour rate through the implementation of labour engagement and material usage review which increased labour efficiency.

Designed and implemented HVAC and Piping systems for waste and water supply for 52 blocks (248 apartments) of various structures in the estate.

Supervised the Construction of 450,000-liter capacity overhead water storage and 600,000 litres capacity reservoirs tank.

Constructed a Central waste treatment plant of 1.6million litres capacity.

Installed over 1800 working sanitary wares (Jacuzzis, Glass Cubicles, and Water Cisterns) and its fittings.
