Project Superintendent / Spectrum GC Inc. 2018 - 2019 Embassy PNG, Community Wealth Partners, Council on Foundations, John Hopkins APL. Work on various one and/or two phase projects in and around the DC area. Projects range from 6 to 15K Sq. Ft.. Plan and document review. Coordinating all inspections, testings, deliveries, cleaning, safety meetings and working hours. Verify submittals and submit RFI's if and when needed. Photo document progress or areas of concern. Fill in and/or close out projects for other superintendents. Create and submit as built's at the conclusion of build outs or tenet spaces.

Electrician / East Coast Electric Inc. 2016 - 2018 Marva Maids by Giant Foods, Taunytown Growth and Dispensary Facility, Bethel Promise Center. Conduct all aspects of installation and wiring of incoming service and equipment. Lead and assist mechanics, apprentice and helpers with main feeder wiring and termination of MDP's, panel boards, transformers and switches. Preform safety checks, continuity and voltage test on all incoming and outgoing service and equipment, including lighting, power, fire alarm, data and security.
