Electrical supervision of King Fahd Medical City Out-Patient Buildings consisting of 150+ room, including generator, transformer and guard rooms. The total capacity of project is 11.9MVA with area of 130000 m2.

Major Responsibilities

Ensure all drawings, materials to be used in construction site is submitted and approved by the consultant.

Do initial inspection on site before submission for the field inspection request to the consultant

Prepare inspection test reports on appropriate forms to carry out the required test. Conduct work inspection with the consultant.

Monitor status of inspections and follow up on actions for re-submission, ensuring all the required completed prior to re submission

Responsible in receiving materials for proper handling and as per approved material submittal and to site installations

Safety Awareness and follow safety procedures as implemented in the site

Responsible for handling over the project and for all site work activities until final Testing and commissioning

Preparation of schedule for the drawing submission and schedule for the material submittal for the consultant review and approval.
