Project Description
This G2C service is developed to issue the licenses for establishing Private Security Agencies across Andhra Pradesh. The operation of private security agencies is governed by the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005 (PSARA). This application is developed considering the rules that are defined in PSARA act.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Developed User Interface.
Developed Rules for Validation.
Created data transforms decision tables, trees.
Well versed with the usage of connectors to integrate with the external systems.
Created Activities, steps and used standard methods like property set, page new, calling other activities for implementing core business logic.
Unit testing the code before deployment.
Communicating with teams and guiding other technical team members.
Implemented the domain knowledge gained from the previous projects where necessary.

The Vision of One Portal is “to be the single access point for all e-Services provided by the Government to the citizens and businesses and for a sustained engagement with the Government.” For this Oneportal Access Citizen should register with Aadhar number.

Project: OES (Order enriched management)

Project Description
OES is order enrichment system for MCOM, a telecommunication project which is replacing the existing legacy Order management system in Pega PRPC. OES enriches orders to support various functionalities like Swap CPE, Netflix, and Suspend-Resume etc. OES listens file or XML input from various systems like Billing, Web, and Orders via MyProximus App and enriches the order by interacting with BCI, MIB, and MPC and submit a fully enriched order towards MCOM for provisioning of the order at network layer. This is designed to handle huge volumes of suspend resume and Netflix orders.
Contribution
I worked as a developer
Production support for the application to provide solutions to handle blocked orders by enabling operations to re-queue blocked orders to agent from the portal.
Developed CRs to enhance the solution after the analysis of live orders.
Worked extensively on file listeners, Agents to accept incoming file requests and create work objects in OES.
Worked on simple correspondence to send emails by configuring email account for the application.
Worked with Pega PRPC features like Flow, Flow Action, Connect-JMS, Agents, MDB listeners, file listeners, activities, decision rules, and data transforms, Declare Pages, DB tables etc.
