Supervision encompassed: Inspection, assembly, gauging (design review and buy off thru creation of gage instructions,operator training, gage R&R, etc.), paint and ecaot/powdercoat operations (including shot and sand blasting operations as needed), shipping and receiving, quality and lab department personnel. Defect analysis and process engineering, customer, company, industry and vendor/supplier certifications and

standards and specifications were also an integral part of my functions within each organization. Product launch and maintenance for new lines and parts as well as existing.
