• Conducted initial site reviews to establish feasibility, site conditions and issues before design and budgeting of the project.

• Managed buildouts with site meetings and construction progress reviews on a daily/weekly basis.

• Reviewed deficiency’s after construction and managed them through to timely completion.

• Developed more efficient AutoCAD blocks, design files, and programs to streamline and speed up the design and budgeting process.
