I met with customers to discuss concerns or issues that arose. I assisted customers with well planning and well design including BHA design and performance as well as running anti-collision analysis. I oversaw 5 work over rigs and crews and 4 roustabout and completion crews. Responsible for setting up new production, drilling out re-entries using power swivel and correcting problems on already producing leases. Arranged for the sale and pick up for all crude oil production. I negotiated contracts for the natural gas produced and kept a weekly chart log on all meter runs.
