Job description was overseeing all directional teams in the field, troubleshooting problems on location and finding solutions. I managed the logistics for all jobs going out and coming in. I performed inventory checks and build request on mud motors and assigned them to jobs. I maintained an accurate MTBF that was complete and up to date at all times. I met with customers to discuss concerns or issues that arose. I assisted customers with well planning and well design including BHA design and performance as well as running anti-collision analysis. Programs used include Excel, Word, Winserve, Hawkeye and Compass.

Job description: was as a company representative. Oversee daily well operations, rig spud, running casing, cementing, setting well head, day to day cost and well completion. This was a customer who needed assistance with his well drilling operation.

Job description: was for drilling horizontal, slant, short radius and “s” wells. MWD- GE, Camber, Blue Star, and APS pulsars. I assisted in the training of all new hire drillers. Promoted to Coordinator.

Production Manager 1999-2006

I oversaw 5 work over rigs and crews and 4 roustabout and completion crews. Responsible for setting up new production, drilling out re-entries using power swivel and correcting problems on already producing leases. Arranged for the sale and pick up for all crude oil production. I negotiated contracts for the natural gas produced and kept a weekly chart log on all meter runs.
