JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable for installation, erection, commissioning, safe operation,

monitoring and scheduling of construction machinery

All construction machinery and equipment operation,production and

maintenance (Ex. Batching plant,conctere pump,transit mixer,trailer,

tipper, Bus, JCB etc…..)

Knowledge on preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and

breakdown analysis of machineries used in high rise buildings such as

Pre repair health checking of plant & machineries, fault analysis of

plant & machineries

Guiding the repairing teamby analyzing work time, cost of parts and

machine life.

Post repair health checking of plant & machineries. Guiding the

maintenance team to decrease frequent breakdown

Ensuring the proper running of plant & machineries, proper planning

for repair & maintenance work

Knowledge on earth moving Equipment’s Wheel loader, Backshoe,

Mini Roller operation & maintenance work.

Knowledge on lifting Equipment’s operation, repair &maintenance of
