Monitors PM03 (system generated Preventive Maintenance Work orders). Plan resources (Material, Services, manpower) required for the related WO & schedules the jobs accordingly with concurrence of area owner.

Request for quotation, PR creation, PO placement for Equipment’s / Material procurement.

Ensure availability of existing equipment’s

Prepares reports & escalates to concerned supervisors for the jobs physically completed

& Returns all the unused materials

Technical evaluation and clarifications with Vendors and Internal Departments.

Spare part arrangement and budget management for equipment’s overhauling & repair jobs.

Notifies System Planner to updates BOM as & when required & prepares general tasks list for equipment’s

Prepare mobilization plan (Manpower, Tools & Equipment).

Co-ordinate with material controller for material availability, Document controller for latest drawing

Update activities on daily/weekly basis with coordination of Field Engineer/Supervisor.

Closely monitor booking of man-hours in appropriate cost centers in Daily time sheet especially idling due to client, extra work and re-work.

Prepares reports on work order status, equipment histories, maintenance costs, man hours, and materials lists. Participates in planning meetings, and provides input on budget preparation and work plans Prepare daily progress report with the coordination of site and keeps updated

Project planning and developing schedules for turnaround and projects.

Prepare bottlenecks reports and highlights to Management.

Prepare project close out reports.
