Conceptualized and founded Appvite, an app to simplify social calendar management.

Designed the app and led a team of UX designers and engineers in India to develop it by providing detailed requirements.

Android app is launched on the Play store. iOS is launching in Feb 2020. Currently working on the GA launch plan focusing on organic growth and adoption.

Partner Engagement Manager, Microsoft, (Dec 2010 – Jun 2014)

Engaged with Partners (IHVs and OEMs) to issue device driver updates through Windows Update and Action Center responses

Drove Windows driver certification across the Windows ecosystem that led to increased driver quality and fewer crashes.

Managed a vendor team that QA'd and shipped multiple versions of Windows Phone releases. Drove resource planning, task scheduling and delivered periodic updates and risks to leadership.

Program Manager, Microsoft Corporation, (Nov 2007 – Nov 2008)

Led the User Acceptance Testing process for HRWeb. HRWeb was a mission critical showcase project for Microsoft to organize their web assets and tools under a single website using SharePoint.

Collaborated with stakeholder groups across the organization to ensure business and technology alignment. Proposed solutions meeting, defined specification and needs, and initiated tool training so all requirements are understood accurately

Managed the UAT process by preparing the UAT test plan and getting buy-in from Business and Engineering Teams. Drove bug triage to set ETA’s and followed to ensure they were fixed.

Business Analyst, UBS Investment Bank, (Apr 2007– Oct 2007)

Collaborated with Business and Engineering to elicit requirements and translate them into Business Requirements Documents, Technical Specifications, Prototypes and Project plans.

Coordinated with the development and business team in launching the product on schedule and requirements are complete. I ensured that through easy-to-understand data and prototypes, the recall rates for the specifications were < 3% thus improving the project efficiency considerably.

Key developer for Farmers Insurance automated document generation process involving a million documents on daily transactions.

Contributed software engineering expertise in the development of products, from creating design documents through successful deployment and post-production support.
