Defined new Field Service Engineer position with full ownership of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for service installed jobs, coordinating stakeholders at job sites. Promoted to Technical Program Manager to guide infrastructure and development for product management, updates, launches, and deployments. Supervised troubleshooting, diagnosing, and testing of mechanical and electrical equipment. Served as Lead Technical for ASR-11 and STARS, assisting on the original install for both.

Developed and managed new system to monitor, plan, and manage corrective maintenance for complex radar systems, improving efficiency in interdepartmental downtime planning and technician time while boosting customer satisfaction.

Delivered network operations and maintenance training to 3 junior technicians (STARS UNIX-based network).

Served as Network Administrator for STARS airport network management system and Lead Technician for ASR-11 radar system, the airfield's primary air search radar, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, ensuring 100% system uptime during airfield operations.
