Slitter Operator

Set up and operated Deacro and Dusenbery Titan 1 & 2 slitting machines to cut plastic rolls to size based on order sheet specifications

Set up the machines and adjusted tension, speed, etc. to ensure proper production

Utilized computer to create tickets and label each roll for future shipment

Changed out rollers and blades when worn or broken on the various shop machinery to ensure quality production

Wrapped own rolls of product, as well as pallets of finished product to get ready for deliveries

Utilized an overhead crane to lift rolls of over 4000 pounds from the pallets to the machines in order to slit to size

Utilized hand and measurement tools as required to check that order specifications are met

Set up and operate Cameron, Deacro, and Dusenbery slitting machines to cut plastic rolls to size based on order sheet specifications to fulfil customer orders
