Designing customized indoor solutions for hotels, shopping malls and complex buildings using Distributed Antennas System.

Provide technical solution to support corporate and national sales plans

Cooperating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer service departments through cross-functional projects to fulfil the company’s vision, while aligned with its strategy, and enhance the service level

Designing tailored indoor solutions to solve the high floors problem

Traffic localization for hot spots

Accountable for Outdoor Coverage in all Delta regions (including NTRA, Customer Complaints Sites planning for both Coverage and Densification purpose to improve Network quality.

Roads design for different terrains using prediction tool Cooperating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer service

Site survey and search area specification & Candidate selection

Drafts visit for new sites & Deployment following up.

Site final configuration (height, antennas types, azimuth…)

Issue all required documents (D1, D4B, etc...) for the design process

Handling customer complaints based on drive test data, interfacing with other departments to minimize issues that directly affect the customer
