Coordinate trades and activities on site and installations along with safety culture and expectations, HSE diligence score cards and expectations, contractors and contracting strategies. Have a solid understanding that good management practices require that results achieved must be compared to the goals and expectations in order to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement. Liaise closely with management, crews, safety teams, and contractors on all site or abandonment issues.
