Develop and implement a long- and short-term sourcing strategies for Plastics & Resins utilizing the ITW Sourcing Toolbox, Enterprise Strategy, aligned with the business needs of the segments and global divisions


Delivered ~ $80MM in direct savings in five (5) years

Developed, implemented, and managed global sourcing strategies across BD’s three business segments (BD Medical, BD Diagnostics, and Bio Sciences) utilizing cross functional teams

Develop raw material and financial risk mitigation strategies

Presented monthly resin and biologicals market updates to senior BD leaders

Represented Corporate Procurement at senior management meetings and at the Office of the CEO

Co-Developed the BD resin and biologicals database to enable R&D and Engineers to use approved materials in new product designs and CI activities
