Responsible for ITW’s Chemical spend of $700 million from 2014 to 2017

Worked in a consulting capacity as a trusted advisor to ITW’s Plastics and Resin consuming segments and divisions to improve their execution and business agility

Responsible for establishing the Enterprise Plastics & Resins Sourcing Strategies, managing global suppliers, and ensuring all productivity and sourcing metrics are met via simplification, execution, and improved operational efficiency

Develop and implement a long- and short-term sourcing strategies for Plastics & Resins utilizing the ITW Sourcing Toolbox, Enterprise Strategy, aligned with the business needs of the segments and global divisions

Delivered ~ $80MM in direct savings in five (5) years
