Getting the plan approved from the proper authorities

Taking all the adequate permission for beginning construction and making sure all the plans are being implemented properly

Attending to all the problems that arise during construction

Monitoring daily progress of site

Conducting research on all the structures build by them

Handling the labor work for the construction

Apply creative design that will be cost effective and conserve energy
