NMSWorks is a Software Vendor / OEM for Network Management Solution Software (NMS).

Job Profile:

POC, Project Plan, Work Flow, Monitor Progress, Scrum Call, Review, Delivery Time Lines

SDLC, Requirement Analysis (RA), Preparation of Scope of Work (SOW) and Deliverables.

Monitor and update the progress on Milestones and Deliverables to Senior Management.

CRM – Customer Relationship Management (Technical Account) to ensure QGR.

Managing the Service Operations Maintenance as per SLA, Documentation and Trainings.

Provide 24x7 Online Technical Support to Clients to ensure SLA, High Service Availability.

Ensure timely invoicing to clients and follow up on payments - Service Delivery, AMC, O&M.

Software Modules & Environment:
